The congresses, held between 1904 and 1949, served as vital forums for legal discussions, contributing significantly to the development of law in the region, much like their counterparts in Western Europe. The revival of the Czech Lawyers’ Congress in 2022 in Prague reignited interest in these historical events, marking a significant step in reestablishing this tradition.

The publication includes a detailed appendix featuring a table summarizing the topics, contributions, and resolutions of the various congresses, providing a valuable reference for scholars. The text is also supplemented with historical photographs and images of key archival documents, offering readers a vivid portrayal of the events discussed. Medieval and early modern glass in the Moravian-Silesian borderlands

This monograph provide a comprehensive overview of the glass products from the 13th to the middle of the 17th century in the Moravian-Silesian borderlands in the context of contemporary development in the Czech lands and Europe. The work deals with the basic development tendencies of glass, but also the characteristics of individual periods, the connection to the social context and the position of glass as a specific trade item. The foundation stone of the study was archaeological material from 18 sites, mainly from the bourgeois environment, less from noble residences and church buildings. In addition to archaeological sources, historical written sources, iconographic sources and chemical analyzes were used.

Pre-White-Mountain patents of arms for Bohemian, Moravian and Silesian towns, market towns and villages

The book deals with the study of heraldic charters from the pre-Bohemian period, when the promotion of villages to towns and towns to cities limited the power of the royal towns. The study examines the diplomatic and heraldic aspects of the charters, including the details of the emblems granted, which often differed in the Czech and German descriptions. A unique part of the book is the register, which provides a substantial recapitulation of the charters.
