Ethics and Law in the context of medical ethics

The aim of this work was to emphasise the role of medical ethics and law both at theoretical and practical level. The relation between law and ethics also consolidates the whole work and explains why I deal with legal and ethical questions in so broad context. The medical ethics has great importance both for the health care and society as a whole and it is necessary to formulate it, to cultivate it and to introduce into practice the good which it brings for a man.
